1. Prep the Potatoes
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove dirt. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Using a fork, poke several holes in each potato to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- If desired, brush the potatoes lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
2. Wrap in Foil
- Tear off squares of aluminum foil large enough to fully wrap each potato.
