Soft & Fluffy Poppy Seed Milk Buns

1️⃣ Activate the yeast

  1. In a bowl, mix:
    • Warm milk
    • Yeast
    • 1 tbsp sugar
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes until foamy.

2️⃣ Prepare the dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine:
    • Flour
    • Remaining sugar
    • Salt
    • Poppy seeds
  2. Add eggs and yeast mixture.
  3. Knead until combined.
  4. Add the soft butter gradually and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
