Mix a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon) of activated charcoal powder with a glass of water and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Drink occasionally, especially after heavy meals, to support digestion. Avoid excessive use, as charcoal can also bind to beneficial nutrients.
