Super Health Combo: Bitter Kola + Garlic + Ginger + Cloves + Honey

  • 5 bitter kola nuts, grated
  • 5 slices of garlic, crushed or chopped
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp of whole cloves
  • 1 liter of water
  • (Optional) 1–2 tbsp of raw honey

Instructions:
