Instructions
Prepare chicken:
Pour the olive oil into a large frying pan, set the heat to medium, then slice the chicken into small pieces. Toss in a sprinkling of salt, pepper, paprika and garlic, before cooking the mixture for approximately eight minutes barbequing the meat. Once the chicken has been cooked to perfection set it aside on a plate.
Using the same pan, add broccoli, carrots and peppers to the mix and sauté them until slightly soft for about four minutes. Once ready set them aside next to the plate of chicken.
Noodles Preparation:
Pour chicken broth over the mixture, along with water and any leftover salt before setting the heat high to bring the mixture to a boil. Stir boiled noodles into the pan and continue boiling them following the guidance provided by the packaging while also encouraging more rotation to prevent sticking.
All Ingredients Mix-Up:
All that’s left to do is add heavy cream and cheese while stirring the mix until everything has blended and gravy is left. Once the mixture is ready toss in sautéed vegetables and chicken along with any frozen peas you may prefer into the pan and stir it all together to make sure everything is contained in the combined mess.
Let it Simmer for a While:
The last step is allowing the mixture to simmer cooking it for approximately to six further minutes or as long as you deem appropriate.
