- 1 cup of fresh parsley (or 1โ2 teaspoons of dried parsley)
- 2 cups of water
- Juice of half a lemon ๐ (optional for taste and added vitamin C)
- 1 teaspoon of honey ๐ฏ (optional for natural sweetness)
- A small piece of ginger or ยฝ tsp grated ginger (optional, for extra anti-inflammatory power)
Instructions:
- Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add the parsley (and ginger if using) to the boiling water.
- Cover, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 5โ10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
