Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). -
Prepare the Baking Sheet
Line the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
If desired, place a wire rack on top to allow grease to drip away from the bacon. -
Bake
Cook for 15–20 minutes, depending on desired crispiness. Check at 12 minutes for thinner slices. -
Drain and Serve
Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess grease. Serve warm.
