    • 8 oz pasta shells (conchiglie)
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • 2 cups grated Parmesan (freshly shredded)
    • Reserved pasta water (¼–½ cup)
    • Salt & pepper
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
