Step 1 – Melt the gianduia chocolate

Finely chop the gianduia chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie , using a bowl placed over a saucepan of hot water (without letting it touch the bottom).

Step 2 – Melt the white chocolate too

Repeat the same operation with the white chocolate.

Step 3 – Add the hazelnut cream

Combine half a tablespoon of spreadable cream with the melted white chocolate and mix until smooth and beige.

Step 4 – Mix the gianduia cream

Pour the remaining hazelnut cream into the gianduia chocolate and mix well.
