Clove Tea Recipe – A Natural Wellness Drink
Boil the water
Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Add the cloves
Drop in the whole cloves. Add the cinnamon stick or ginger if you’re using them.
Simmer
Lower the heat and let the tea simmer for 5–7 minutes. This helps release the clove’s aroma and essential oils.
Strain
Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
