Ingredients:
- 1 small beet, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1–2 slices of lemon or orange (peeled, no seeds)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (½–1 inch, depending on taste)
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves
- Optional: ½ banana (for sweetness and creaminess)
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- Optional: 3–4 ice cubes
- Add the beet, carrot, apple, ginger, and lemon/orange slices into a blender.
- Add mint leaves and water (or coconut water).
- If you want a sweeter smoothie, add ½ banana.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste — add more lemon/orange for freshness or more water for a lighter texture.
